Auto filling insurance address (Payer address line 1) on CMS-1500 forms

On the CMS-1500 forms, Aetna auto fills the insurance company's address, but United Healthcare does not.  How can I make it autofill the insurance address so I don't have to look it up and enter it every time I file a claim?

  If you are submitting the claims electronically through SP, you do not need to have the payer address filled in on the 1500. The payer ID is sufficient. If you are downloading and mailing the claims, then that is a different story.

  My CMS-1500 forms also do not populate with the address for United, but it does for every other payer. I would send SP a help request directly.
