Client can see and hear me even though I have not admitted them into session!!!

This is a huge bug that needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. On two occasions while conducting couple or family therapy where participants are logging in from separate locations I have had a client say they could see and hear me even though I had not admitted them into the session from the waiting room. This is a huge breach of privacy and I'm ready to switch to a different platform.
