Physical Therapy outpatient Templates

I was wondering if anyone had any examples of templates they created for PT outpatient mobile visits. I’d like to be able to have pre made goals written out that I can easily edit the ROM or strength values for each patient quickly. Inputting ROM values or for special tests seems complicated as well. I’m tempted to write an entire Template on google docs and just paste that to a blank page. I use many of the same phrases frequently and edit small things. Thanks in advance!!
