Telehealth availability for appointment requests

    I'm not an expert in SP, but I have been learning a lot the lat 6 months! The only thing I can think of is to clearly label the service in the practice services, and then carefully set up calendar availability. Example:

    1) Create a service called "Initial consultation (STATE #1) Only", and "Initial consultation (STATE #2) Only", make sure they are created as being available for online scheduling.
    2) The clinician then sets up their calendar availability, and ONLY allows access to the services that are labeled for that state for those blocks on their calendar.
    3) The clients would then have to pay attention to what they are selecting, and there could still be mistakes. But, it's the only workaround I know of right now...
