internet connection unstable for the last several days

I see others have complained about this.  I have a 2020 MacBook Air.  I just completed the software update over the weekend to Sonoma.

But even prior to this my internet connection has been "poor" according to Simple Practice.  When I switch to FaceTime or Zoom I do not have an issue.

Please advise--it is very frustrating!

  I'm having the same issues! So frustrating! It started happening for me over the past week. It seemed to get worse after the update to Sonoma.

  I'm having the same issues here as well. Definitely seems to be a compatibility issue with the Sonoma update. I didn't have any issue using other video platforms; please advise Simple Practice.
