Client cannot see me and I cannot see client on video.

    It has been a consistent issue for me this week and at least part of last week. My first client of the day usually works fine. The rest of the day, I have this issue. Sometimes, if we both sign off, restart the app and re-join it works, but not always. I obtained a complaint zoom subscription and have been using that as a back up (if it isn’t working, instead of restarting simplepractice I have them use the zoom link). I’m about done.

    My video is not working for some patients... it is very embarrassing to have this happen What can I do to fix this.
