    I have the same issue now for about 2 weeks.  I hope that this issue can get resolved soon.  Has anyone had luck fixing this, or have any suggestions?

    I’ve had the issue for approximately two weeks too, spoken to multiple technicians from SP and no one can figure it out. Frustrating.

    I just spoke/zoomed to someone called Forrest at SP and he fixed it in half an hour!

    There was a conflict on the default section in Windows audio - Windows only allows one program at a time to use audio or video. It was system-based, not hardware-based. It's likely the firmware for the audio codec was incompatible. There were a lot of variables. I'd just call SP to arrange a zoom appointment with a technical specialist (3108613151). I had Forrest and he was excellent.
