Please make the Current Mental Status exam in SP to be editable or changeable. I would like to either edit the one SP has to fit my state requirements or be able to change it out for the one I make under the "New" forms drop down. Also have it populate last one I made like notes section allows.

  I would love to edit this form. I would add "Broad" to the Mood Affect. As Euthymic can be associated with Bi-Polar Disorder. I would also add "X4: Oriented to person, place, time and situation" to orientation, because that is how I was taught. I would also remove the recommendations section.

  I would like this to be optional, as I have the MSE content included in my biopsychosocial assessment.
