Yes same question - please advise. New ROI is "greyed out" so I can't select it.

Simple Practice-please answer this query, as we need to know how to send out new ROIs, once clients have already filled one out.

Can you not go to the client's files section, select the three dots to the right of the ROI, and delete it from there?

Posting in hopes of getting a response from SP on this. It would be great to know how to send multiple and/or empty (new) ROIs as it is common to need updates, adjustments, new ROIs while working with clients.

Hi.  You can send the ROI by going to Files > Actions > Share with Client > select the client > then scroll down to Questionnaires. Once the client completes one ROI you will be able to send another one.  Another option is to copy the ROI as an "Other Document."

That is what I was doing and it seemed like the same ROI (that was already completed) was sending to the client again. I did find another post where someone recommended going into Templates and copying the ROI and labeling new copies as ROI 1, ROI 2, ROI 3 and so on. Such a simple and great suggestion! Worked awesome. Wish I would have found that post months ago. Super appreciate the clinician out there that shared the idea!

I did the same thing but it's really frustrating that we have to create multiple templates instead of having the option to send an additional one out.
