Updated business address but not showing up on clients superbill

    I think it may be because there are invoices associated with the dates of service that were created under your old address. You may need to delete those invoices and recreate them before creating the superbill. 

    You may be better off just using MS Word or Google Docs to create your own superbill template, then fill in the info you need.
