    GOOD AFTERNOON, OURS STOPPED WORKING ABOUT THE SAMETIME. I WONDER IF THEY HAVE UPDATED SOME THINGS IN SIMPLEPRACTICE THAT IS CAUSING THIS.

    have never had a issues on my apple air acceessing video / audio for tele health and since yesterday 2/13/24 and again today I am still unable to access the video and audio. I continue to receive this notice despite enabling microphone and video on google chrome.

    Please advise quickly this is super challenging to see clients. Thank you
