    I also received an email stating "When you create or update your Online Payments account, our processor attempts to verify your details with what the IRS has on file for you." "Would you mind providing me with both your SSN and a copy of the front and back of your driver’s license? You can securely upload a document with these on it to your Settings > Business Files. With this information, I can work with our payment processor to identify what the issue may be." 

     

    I also feel weary about this.  This is not a new account for me and I did not change anything that would necessitate an update that I am aware of.
