We need dull client access without access to WHOLE practice financial reports!! It’s not ok to have to allow supervisors and Clinical Directors to have to have access to all our financial info just to be able to search for clients in the practice!!

YOu can toggle this off in the team members' settings so they cannot see all the financials- you need to look into the practice managers second box and toggle both off.

No, you can’t. If a clinician has access to all the client charts they also by default have to have access to all the financials.

Nobody should have full access except for the practice owner.
That was the purpose of the hierarchy. Supervisors see their own charts and the charts of their supervisees. Basic level clinicians should only have access to their own clients charts ?

Our supervisors need access to all charts in case they need to cover for another supervisor.

Understandable- what we do in those cases like vacations and holidays or sick etc is we give them temporary access to that persons charts as their supervisor. It keeps our finances separate and also keeps HIPAA records and clear boundaries.
We then have clear records of when access started and ended

It’s not a solution for us.
If someone is designated supervisor they have to sign all notes- we don’t need this for all clinicians but we do need all supervisor access to notes if there’s a number of issues that come up with clinicians.
There’s no reason SP can’t fix this- it’s truly a simple programming issue.
