Paid claims not showing up in simple practice

    So far it is only happening for me with BCBS and Aetna. I haven't tried Cigna yet and Optum/United Health is posting per usual. But now I have a lot of people with no way to pay copays online because it's not in their portal. 

    I'm starting to get frustrated with this whole platform. It's bad enough we can't do partial payments, but now this, too? It's hurting my clients and I'm about done.

    I'm having the same problem. This month I have received paid claims in my bank account from three different insurance companies that usually always show up in Simple Practice and suddenly they are not being included in my income. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't imagine having to go find all of these EOB's and then having manually put in the insurance payment.

    I'm having this problem as well. I am taking on a big case load in the next week and need to be able to see what payments are connected to certain clients. I cant charge copays as well, which will effect the usual flow of business.

    My BCBS payments have posted regularly for almost two years on Saturday/Sunday.  Until last week and this week and now none of them are posting.  We are receiving money for the claims but SP is not recording them.  We have 10 therapists so manually tracking which payments SP gets automatically and which ones they are not would be very complicated to not make mistakes manually.  Can anyone at SP look into this?  Seems like I am not the only one.  I don't want to have to consider switching to something with better practice management.

    This is also happening to me, and I cannot find another way to contact Simple Practice. It has been saying none of my BCBS claims have been processed for the last two weeks, but many of them have indeed been processed and paid. Please help with this issue.

    This just happened this week to me with BCBS - I got paid from Payspan but Simple Practice hasn't posted it.

    I am having the same issue, and have been since the UHC hack. I was previously using Echo health and all payments were reflected. Now we have to use Optum and no payments are getting transferred. Is there a better platform? It's impossible to keep doing this manually. Please help SP

    No response from Simple Practice? This is frustrating. Manual entry is not possible with multiple clinicians? Are you all still using this platform or is there a more efficient platform?
