My reports generated using templates have HIGH PAGE COUNTS from poor utilization of space

I am finding the templates helpful. Problem I have is that each question and answer take up separate lines in the report, resulting in very high page counts with a lot of wasted space on each page. My Mental Status Exam, for example, is taking several pages, whereas typically my MSE would not take up more than one page, and often less.

Are there any ways available to have groups of questions and answers displayed in more like a paragraph form, instead of there being a separate line used for each question and answer?
