Please Create a School Excuse Button

I would love to see a simple school/work excuse button. I know other softwares have this feature and seems like an easy fix. Can you consider this?

    I need this desperately, would be on the top of my list of things to add and is one of the major set backs that can't do specialized forms like this that will automatically add in client name etc as set up for.

    Yes - a school and work excuse would be very helpful. I'm trying to figure out how to create one and wondering if there is a way. I would also love to build a lab work prescription that can be sent to patients. Would like to check off labs needed, include patient info and diagnosis.
