Please Create a School Excuse Button

I would love to see a simple school/work excuse button. I know other softwares have this feature and seems like an easy fix. Can you consider this?

  I need this desperately, would be on the top of my list of things to add and is one of the major set backs that can't do specialized forms like this that will automatically add in client name etc as set up for.

  Yes, school/ work excuse note would be very helpful. Is there any progress towards adding this option?

  Yes, please. An automated school/work excuse note would be a massive timesaver. Please add this feature.
