    Has anyone's EOBs from BCBS been updated yet?

    No, though the other day I received a banner at the top of my SP page stating that they're aware of the issue and are working on it. So it does sound like they know about it, though after two weeks of this, I'm trying to figure out why it would take them this long. The banner also stated that we shouldn't enter in any insurance claim information (like, if you looked it up in Availity) because once the issue is resolved it'll show as a double payment.

    Well, today I was told I can manually enter the payments and delete when the ERAs come through. Like that’s a simple or quick task to manually enter payments OR delete duplicate payments.
