    I agree. And If I have sent documents and then those documents need updating it seems impossible to resend them. Any one know how to do that??? I really should be much easier.

    I agree there should be an easier way.

     

    I just did this and it worked.

     

    I disabled and then re-enabled their access to the client portal, and it sent them a new email to login. You can also edit the client portal email so that it says something more relevant to your situation

    I agree. This seems like it would be a simple adjustment in the software. Please make this change, Simple Practice.
