I also wanted to write that I am looking in to AI note writing options. I would like to advocate for SP to consider adding this feature the EMR. Without this addition, it is unlikely that over time I will stick with this EMR.

    I totally agree. I am using NoteZap right now but it costs me an additional $25/month, I likely am going to keep NoteZap but switch to a cheaper EMR if SP does not add this AI function. It would be easy to do.

    I have seen results of AI scribe. My wife uses it primary care. I have used another app which is expensive. But it is quite remarkable how note can be created. Simple Practice should totally add this. It is getting easier and cheaper to do this.

    I would also like to advocate for an AI feature ASAP. I've heard that it is an amazing tool! I too will consider switching if this feature is not added soon.

    please, AI note taking would be great. I am looking into one, but it would be more convenient if SP just did it, to keep everything on 1 platform!

    I agree, there are other softwares where you can record, dictate or give a short blurb about what the session, is about and they  will generate a note, intake, treatment plan etc.  This would be really helpful. Currently writing notes/treatment plans/ intakes take up too much time and takes away from me focusing on my client.  I've use mentalyc  but it would be so much easier if SP already had one, so I don't have to think about ending my account with SP.

    There seems to be quite a bit of interest for AI in SimplePractice. I am considering moving over to Orchid.Exchange or, more likely, PracticeBetter.io if Simple practice does not provide this tool which has made life easier for tens of thousands of practitioners. In the meantime, I have been using the free applications of TheraPro.ai and AutoNotes.ai . Both of which are fantastic and easy to use. It would be nice not to have to cut-and-paste into my Simple practice platform. 
    On another note: not a fan of the additional fee for CPT codes. Why not role that into our monthly fee. Afterall it is simply a cost of doing business. None of my colleagues have heard of any other EHR's doing such.

    I agree this feature will be very critical to my satisfaction with SP in the near future. Especially since ALMA has announced an integrated option soon. Please work on this, we will all love you for it!!

    I very much would like ai note taking to be added to Simple Practice. I will most likely move to a different EHR that does include it if SP does not add it soon.

    I would also like to see an Ai scribe added to simple practice. I use Heidi Health to do all of my documentation from notes to reports to treatment plans and it is an absolute game changer in streamlining productivity.

    Yes, please add AI to SimplePractice. I'm testing a couple of AI programs now, and I'm sure that by next week, I will have chosen an AI service to stick with and use for all my sessions. Right now, I'm using Berries, but it's overpriced.

    Yes,... I also will consider switching if an AI feature isn't added in the near future.  It's too invaluable of a resource to go without it.  I really hope SimplePractice works on this soon!

    I'm also in the market for a one stop shopping platform that includes notetaking/AI. I've been quite satisfied with SimplePractice but will likely make a shift unless I learn that SP has something in the works.

    Please add an AI feature for note take, to plan writing. This is a must have. It is too costly using other programs and would prefer to stay with SP, but there are other EHRs that already have integrated and for less cost. I am with all the others, please add asap!

    Adding my voice to the chorus here! You could roll out features in stages too. Starting with the option to create an in-platform HIPAA compliant text transcript of each video session. Then the option to create a similar transcript of uploaded audio from a session. Then start doing AI-powered summaries of those transcripts similar to those offered by Deepgram, ABridge, Blueprint, & etc — with the eventual goal of being able to populate various note templates. Personally, I'd love to eventually be able to transfer in an image of what I handwrote on my whiteboard for clients in session, to get a quick text transcript of the lists and quotes to copy/paste into my note.

    Also voting for Ai notes to be built into Simple Practice. To have the feature within HIPAA compliant, encrypted EHR software without having to use multiple apps is the way to go. Please add this feature ASAP!

    I would like to add to this thread as well! I started using tava health - a free platform - for my insurance clients. But they have already integrated the AI feature, which listens to your session and creates a note for you. It’s honestly incredible and the fact that it’s free is pretty great. I have thought about switching over all my simple practice clients to Tava health.

    I have not heard from anyone.  It has been unanimous that everyone seems to want this feature added. Simple practice team?  Please give us a response? You don't want Therapy Notes to beat you to it.

    No, But we sure have heard from a lot of clinicians paying Simple Practice monthly fees requesting this type of service. I know I personally pay $99 a month! Hopefully our voices are heard and they are working on it. If not, we will all have to make our choices for the best interests of our time and finances.

    Really hoping SP will add an AI progress notetaker feature. Paying $40 per month for the AI service in addition to monthly SP fees is not reasonable and must consider alternative options for a different EMR that provides AI features.

    Long time customer here, but agree with all that this is necessary. More and more, I see people using technologies to streamline their administrative work. Due to concerns about compliance as well as cost, I don't want to look elsewhere but want this integrated within SP. Can someone from SP advise if this is in the pipeline and if so, when we could expect to see it?

    I have been scouring all of the AI sites.  PLEASE get this feature ASAP.  I will purchase it immediately.  It would simplify so much and make it so that I won't consider the other AI note taking companies that are building EHR's to go with it.  PLEASE!  AND SOON!!!!
