add 2nd parent

Hi there,

I've tried to add the father to my contact list to send through client portal the documents of consent and questionnaire.  I cannot seem to add the second parent.  I keep getting that I cannot add parent. How do I add the 2nd parent (divorced family) to both to have access to portal

  This concern is increasing in our practices. How can we add a divorced parent as a contact and send that person documents via the client portal. Thank you.

  When you are adding client contacts for a minor, you are able to add a second parent and then share documents.
