Treatment Plan Update template that pulls from current treatment plan

In previous EMR's I was able to upload the previous treatment plan and do a review of the plan.  I am aware that I can upload the previous treatment plan and adjust it, however it would be wonderful if there was an actual treatment plan update/review template that auto populated the client's current treatment plan and then prompted the questions for progress, set backs and a place to add more measures etc.   I do not use the treatment plan review template because I have to go between the treatment plan and the review note and it's pointless, I just update the treatment plan from the last one, but it could be more of an update than a new treatment plan.  Any suggestions?  How can we get the treatment plan to upload into an actual review template so we can tweak it and adjust based on clients progress etc.?

  Agreed! And same for the intake assessment for annual reviews.

  Is there a way to update the treatment plan instead of changing the existing treatment plan so that we can track and monitor progress and see all of the various treatment plan updates for a client?
