Adding Target, review, and closed dates to the Wiley Treatment Plan template

In Missouri, we are required to have a target date, review date, and a close date on our diagnosis and treatment plans. Is there a way to add these to the Wiley Treatment Plan template? Is there any plan in the future to add these options on the Wiley?
