I may have found a solution. Open the help chat and ask a question. When it asks if it was helpful answer no. When you answer 'no' two or three times it should give you two options, send an email or other live support options. I chose other live options a few days ago and was able to chat with someone who opened a ticket for my problem as they could not answer it for me. I then got a prompt reply via phone call and email. Good luck everyone!

Same as above. I need a phone number to call to talk to customer services or at least an email contact.  Being directed back to my own practice page is no help at all.

So, I take it nobody's been able to speak to an actual person from simple practice? I have loved simple practice, but I have a problem and this is infuriating. I'll be looking for alternatives. It doesn't appear like they particularly care about that.

    Where is the help chat?

This is awful.  Does anyone know what the extra $20 charge is for CPT royalty?

SO annoying!!! Simple Practice has the worst customer service access of any entity I've ever come across. Can't wait to retire soon so I no longer have to use them...Had issues with them for the past 4 years.

The $20 CPT question was one I have, as well and have yet to get an answer from not so simple Simple Practice.

I do billing services for several therapist who work on either this portal of the competitor's portal (therapy notes) and TN picks up every time, first time, and 24 hours. Come on Simple Practice.....help your clients out!!

How do you stop your subscription to SP?  I am transferring out of this ridiculous EHR to another one and will be exporting all my files soon.  But before I do that I need to speak to someone so I am not charged my monthly fee.  Absurd!

I have never spoken to someone on the phone however you can create a ticket and request they EMAIL you, it is has been super helpful for me and they have actually made it easier.

Click the ? in the bottom right corner, choose Ask a Question, it will populate a few articles to see if they answer your question and you just say choose No twice, then as shown above you can Chat or Send an Email request. Once you choose Send an email it will populate the category to choose from that best fits your question. After you select a category it will populate a form for you to fill out to create your ticket.

Sometimes when you are in here it will open a new browser window on your calendar but that is so you could keep working while also having your ticket open, so just close that new window that opened up if you don't need it, or just click on the window you were originally in where your ticket is being created.

I have the same question! I despise Simple Practice and can’t reach anyone to help me cancel it.
