I may have found a solution. Open the help chat and ask a question. When it asks if it was helpful answer no. When you answer 'no' two or three times it should give you two options, send an email or other live support options. I chose other live options a few days ago and was able to chat with someone who opened a ticket for my problem as they could not answer it for me. I then got a prompt reply via phone call and email. Good luck everyone!

I have never spoken to someone on the phone however you can create a ticket and request they EMAIL you, it is has been super helpful for me and they have actually made it easier.
Click the ? in the bottom right corner, choose Ask a Question, it will populate a few articles to see if they answer your question and you just say choose No twice, then as shown above you can Chat or Send an Email request. Once you choose Send an email it will populate the category to choose from that best fits your question. After you select a category it will populate a form for you to fill out to create your ticket.
Sometimes when you are in here it will open a new browser window on your calendar but that is so you could keep working while also having your ticket open, so just close that new window that opened up if you don't need it, or just click on the window you were originally in where your ticket is being created.
