SCORED MEASURES ISSUE WHEN SELECTING RECURRING

Once we select recurring (1x a week etc) for GAD, PHQ, PCL we cannot edit this and remove this option. Clients continue to get these assessments via email. 

Also- can you work on creating an option to edit treatment plan templates? Or add the ability to create a more user friendly treatment plan? The options for creating templates is limited. We'd like to create a drop down selection tx plan for goals and objectives.

  This is very frustrating to clients that no longer need to assess every week yet continue to receive the assessment

  This needs to be addressed.  I have inactive clients that I am getting notices about these recurring measures being incomplete.

  How can we remove the recurring PHQ without deleting the prior measures?  

  Has there been a solution to this yet?
