    Telehealth is not working.

    Telehealth is down for me, I have been unable to view my schedule or access the telehealth session. I first noticed an issue at noon (Central Time Zone), prior to that I had no issues today.

    I have been having significant issues with SP the last 2 weeks. The notes are taking a very long time to save, the telehealth is not working and is not connecting several times a day. Please advise on how to resolve. Also, I would like a number to call someone about the issues, as well as others.

    I have had a number of issues as well. The sound is not working on ANY of my telehealth calls- I’ve had to move to other means of virtual calls. Pages are slow to respond or are non responsive at times. It’s becoming a huge time suck.

    I am having issues with sound on my Telehealth calls. I am consistently not being able to hear them when their sound is working fine on their end for other purposes. Any suggestions?

    I, too, am having issues over the past two weeks with clients being kicked out at the start of sessions or not being able to connect. This is the first time I've experienced any issues at all with the platform. I am also noticing slight delays when signing notes and updating clients' files. Maybe something to do with the latest update?! Please help, I'm having to resort to phone calls and other virtual platforms, and it's embarrassing and frustrating for clients and me!

    I have been having a lot of issues with telehealth as well and have been having to use other modalities, which is very disruptive to my practice. Telehealth sessions do not work on Android phones if either the client or the provider gets a notification or leaves the session for a second. Then they cannot see or her the other person. This has been an issue for months and still it has not been fixed. Telehealth is also very slow and lagged on my computer.

    Today the sound is not working on any of my telehealth calls! I have checked on my mac and the speaker is working fine, the clients have checked and theirs is working. What is going on? Are you fixing this? This has been an issue off and on over the months.

    I think Simple Practice should be responsible enough to let us know when they are having issues with sound and video. That way at least we can find our own solutions before the session.

    I've been having issues with seeing when clients enter the waiting room. Clients say they are waiting but it never shows up on my end. And some clients sound doesnt work or their video. I've tried different browsers and they've tried different devices. It's VERY frustrating! I've had to use Zoom for multiple sessions over the last month.

    I'm having an issue with frequently getting kicked out of sessions, and sessions freezing.  It is SO disruptive.  I know it is not connection issue because when I use the RemotEMDR platform, I have not issues.

    My telehealth session had a horrible, grinding, background noise that prevented me from hearing my client. We had to switch to the phone. It has happened one other time on the client end. This time it was on my end. Muting my mike didn't stop it. What is causing this? Anyone else having this problem?
