    I'm having issues with rejected claims from Healthy BLUE. I called their claims department twice and made the recommendation member ID changes, but the claims are still being rejected. Healthy BLUE is new this year, it replaced Aetna KANCARE.

    My practice NPI is not be generated on my claims.  My personal NPI is showing up in that box.  How do I fix this.  It is correct in my profile.
