    Similar issue here. There is a merge option only for contacts.
    For client's profiles not available... yet.

    I am also having this same issue. You can merge contacts but not clients. Why?

    Me too! Somehow client has two active accounts and I need to merge them. Also is there any way that when creating an individual account from a couples profile, ALL the insurance information and other info can transfer with it?  Different parts of same merging/unmerging issue.

    I transferred all my forms etc from the unwanted profile then just deleted it. It was a pain.

    FYI. I just got a notification in my simple practice about having possible duplicate people and it even had awesome options with making it individual client, merge, etc

    SP is making it easy to switch platforms. The lack of responsiveness and practical solutions, etc., makes it easy to leave SP when a more intuitive and clinical practice centered program becomes available. SP ONLY SEEMS TO BE INTERESTED IN COLLECTING MONEY.

    THis is an issue for me as well.  I have clients self-schedule, and i had a returning client create a whole new profile for herself because she forgot she had client portal access still. Similarly, i had a person book a consult a year ago, no-show, so i archived them, then this year, they booked a new consult- new profile.  I would like to put it ALL together into one merged client. This is ridiculous that we can only merge contacts and not actual clients.

    Why hasn't this been answered?  The SP answer indicated that I could merge clients however when I attempt to merge, I get the above notification. UGH
