    This is also happening to me, can't access progress notes or calendar - all grayed out, nothing is clickable.

    Same here, is it a bug? was working ok two days ago.. but now none of the client info is accessible..

    This seems to be a bug/glitch with SimplePractice, and I'm not sure why someone hasn't paid attention to it yet. It seems to happen (for me anyway) when you click on notifications. If I log into SimplePractice and access clients or notes through the calendar or the sidebar I am able to access everything and write notes. Still annoying that this hasn't been fixed, I rely on those reminder tasks!

    This has not been fixed for me - it continues to be greyed out when I hit notifications. Any one has any luck?

    I emailed Simple Practices support and they said that they are away of the issue and are working on it. For me, when I hit notifications and then click on a note it is greyed out; but if I refresh the page it allows me to edit the note 🤷‍♀️
