I submitted my first request 4 days ago and still haven't heard back - any luck on your end?

I waited on hold for 1 hour for support then they hung up on my call. SP are so insulated from their customers, it is rough to get assistance. I will be in touch.

I am having the SAME problem!  Claims that were previously accepted are now saying the zip code is not valid.  I submitted a report yesterday.

What I was told from SP is to look into the template (under Settings) to look at the Zip code there. I was to remove a space between the Zip and the second set of zip numbers. There should be 9 digits sequentially with no dash or space. When I did that, the claims went through. I was told that SP changed their expectations based on info from insurance.

Jan, what template are you talking about.  I'm unsure where to edit the zip code unless it's on the insurance claim form.  If you could send a screen shot of what setting your are talking about that would be helpful!

I am having the same issue. Has anyone else been able to resolve it?

    Kellie,

Did you look under the Settings area for the original template for billing for clients? I was directed to look at the Zip code for my practice. There should not be a space between the 9 digits for zip code. You will see no space or dash...just the 9 digits sequentially. If there is a dash/or space remove it and save your change.

That solved the problem for me so no more Scrub.

    Hi Jan,

Thanks for your help! I wasn't able to delete the dash for the zip code, it will save and add the dash back in. However, it looks like the error was in our service facility location as that didn't have a 9 digit zip code. I think that did the trick. Thanks again!
