    I was able to turn them off by going into notifications and clicking on settings.  From there you can turn on and off which notifications you want to see.

    Sarah, thank you for this information! It was difficult to find this option.

    For others: after clicking on Settings, Client Birthdays can be found under Client Management. It's the last option.
