PLEASE HELP

My SP is not allowing me to admit my clients, and we have been using other modes of communication since last month. I have tried to use your tech support system and unfortunately it automatically sends articles that do not help. PLEASE HELP ASAP

  I cannot sign in to Simple Practice. It continues to say "internal error" and my work day is about to begin.
