Phone sessions and telehealth

How do you do billing for phone sessions...not video?  Are phone sessions considered to be telehealth and billed the same as for video session?

  Phone, text, and video are considered telemental health, however, I do not know of any insurances that will reimburse for anything except video sessions. I present on this topic frequently and don't know of companies that that pay for phone counseling.

  I have a client that is unable to use the video portal.  Call the provider to obtain prior authorization.  I was able to obtain prior auth.

  I would love to be able to mark appts telehealth and also "phone".

  Screen sharing on telehealth- coming soon? My other platform uses zoom through their platform so it has screen sharing- something in the works?

  May client is unable to use the telehealth. Financially cannot acquire a computer or tablet. Can services be billed for  phone sessions
