Error Code
AnsweredEntity Code 23 error code, claim rejected. Does anyone know what this is, it appears to be internal to simple practice because my claim didn't make it to the insurance company.

Provider Specialty Code '823688436' not found in Taxonomy Code Table (1)
I keep getting this message for a Cigna client and I contacted Cigna. They said all my information is correct in the system which includes my Tax ID and NPI, address, etc. What does this message mean? and How do I correct this?
