    Hi Virginia, 

    This depends on the claim! Can you reach out to our Insurance Specialist team by clicking the red "Help" button in your account, so we can open an investigation with our clearinghouse about the rejected claim?

    Provider Specialty Code '823688436' not found in Taxonomy Code Table (1)

     

    I keep getting this message for a Cigna client and I contacted Cigna.  They said all my information is correct in the system which includes my Tax ID and NPI, address, etc.  What does this message mean? and How do I correct this?
