I have created a claim and downloaded it.  I'll be putting it in "snail mail" but I want to attach the downloaded claim form to the client record under billing so I can follow up with it when it's paid.  What is the best way to do that?

    Hi Sara! The best way to do this would be to upload the downloaded claim form to the Stored Documents section of the client's chart.

    Is there a directory of mailing addresses in simple practice for paper claims. I am looking for Anthem of VA specifically.

    Hi Carli, you can find insurance company information and addresses under My Account > Settings > Insurance Providers. It's best to verify the address with the payer as well - most likely, the address for mailed claims is in your contract with the insurance company, or on your client's insurance card.
