Hello. I am new to private practice, new to Simple Practice, and new to having to do my own billing! All of my clients at this point have Oregon Health Plan, which is divided among CCOA's. I am trying to add the one my clients all have, which is Advanced Health Coos CCOA. It is not listed in your insurance choices. I am confused by the enrollment wait time information, as I am set up with a contract from Coos County and am enrolled with ph tech, the claims processor as a contract provider. I shouldn't need to enroll again. The payer ID is WOAHM, and they call the benefit plan WOAH Coos CCOA.
What do I need to do at this point?
