    Hi Andrew,

I hope you had a fantastic weekend, I'm happy to clarify that for you. I checked your Enrollments and I see that you're not enrolled to receive ERAs with CCHA (COCHA), so that information will not autopopulate into SimplePractice. Instead, you should be receiving paper EOBs in the mail from that payer. If they're not sending them to you, I would recommend reaching out to the payer.

Regarding those payments, I see that the payments made on August 10th and August 13th were added manually, which you can do until you complete an ERA enrollment with that payer within SimplePractice.

Hi Liz, I checked in Settings>Insurance and it looks like ERA for CCHA is "not supported".  Could you tell me how to get it supported?  this is a big deal,

    thanks

Hi Simple Practice, could someone help me with this?  It is a huge chore to pull paper print outs from CCHA and manually enter payment.  How can we get ERA hooked up?

    Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

My apologies for the delay, I consulted my team and learned that, unfortunately, CCHA does not support payment report enrollments outside of the Availity portal.

Feel free to let me know if you need anything else!
