    Hi Katrina,

    Hope you've been well since we last spoke. 

    Currently, the 400 claim package is the highest package we offer and you can purchase one insurance package at a time. 

    I cannot say for certain if we will have an 800 claim package in the future, but this is something we can consider for future updates in our partnership with Eligible. For now, you will be able to use the 400 claim package and pay the pay-as-you-go rate for additional claims above that package rate.

    A bit confused here....working to transition our group from therapyappointment to simplepractice. We currently send out through our current system nearly 750 claims monthly. Is SA not really built for higher claim practices.

    Natasha,

    I hope we will see a bigger group practice package for claim filing in the future. This is affecting our practice budget.  We bill at least 600 claims per month. We are looking at adding more clinicians to our group, but are wary of the price it would cost us because we already go over the 400 claim limit every month.

    We are also looking for a bigger group practice package as we hit over 800 last month. Any update on when/if this may happen?

    Hi all,

    Thank you for continuing to participate in this discussion on our forum. I'm not able to give an exact estimate as to when a new claim package would be available. For now, it is not being prioritized.     I am looking for the place where I can see how many claims I file per month.  Is it in reports somewhere?  Thanks

    Hi Susanne - You can check this by going to Reports > Claims Filed and sort by date range.

    Any progress on increasing the claims package? I am seeing messages from three years ago on this thread. This is a real issue for group practices that needs to be prioritized. Please provide us with an update on where SP is at in the process. Thank you
