Hello when I submit a claim through SP I receive a paper check, but when i submit through the insurance site I get the EFT payment. Does anyone know why that is happening.

  Hi, Molyssa! Have you had a chance to check in with the insurance payer about this? It sounds like they may have a different payment method for claims submitted via SimplePractice versus their portal. Checking in with the insurance payer would be your best next step.

  Yes the same thing is happening to my claims, now that I billing through you it no longer does EFT payments?
