Hi Pam! I’d be happy to help with your question. The best way to clear these billed sessions off of your Unbilled Appointments list would be to create claims for them, but not submit them. You can do this via Billing > Insurance > Create Claims. You can then save and download the claims for your records, changing their status to Downloaded from Prepared. Let me know if that helps with your question, or if you’d like step-by-step instructions. We’re here to help.

    Hi Gillian,

I have the same exact issues as Pam. Can I get the step by step instructions please? I was able to get them to the prepared status but how to I change them to downloaded? I don't like having them in the prepared status because I get them confused with the claims I file through SP.

Hi Kierrah, to download a claim, click on the claim in the list and then click "Download." That will change the claim's status to Downloaded. It sounds like you've taken every step successfully except for that one - that's the only thing left you need to do.

Hi, in order to create claims I would have to input all of their insurance information, which will be time consuming. Is there a way to change these sessions to self pay?

Hi Christine, sure. You can go to the client's Billing tab, hover your mouse over the session fee for each session, and click "Edit" to flip the session to Self-Pay from Insurance.

Hi I am having the same problem.  I have been using a biller since last year and will be changing to SP billing.  Everything has mostly been paid up through this month.  How do I delete old charges/invoices for over a year?  I will need detailed instructions.
