It would be really nice to be able to run analytics on the room usage. For example, we have 6 rooms total: two of which are play therapy rooms, 2 are adult/sand tray, 1 is an adolescent room and one is a family room. It would be nice to be able to determine room demand by analyzing the client attendance against the setting data. We could gleam which rooms are used comparatively at what percentages. It may impact us changing some of our rooms to match the highest demand on our services.
Also, the color coding needs to cover the entire booking square - presently you can't really see it making it too challenging to use (we've had to maintain our google calendar outside of simple practice). Also it is very congested visually- when you have a group ( multiple clients in the same room), and multiple rooms makes the calendar unusable.
