Telehealth

I have been trying to find information on what location(s) is/are acceptable for Telehealth. In other words, do I have to be in my office, or could I host a Telehealth session from my home (assuming, of course, that confidentiality is maintained either way)? It seems to me that Telehealth sessions from a location other than my office would be a nice option if I had a sick day or some other reason I could not make it to my regular office. I’m in Ohio.

Hi Lawrence,
We do not record or store any video sessions. We designed our Telehealth solution to complement your workflow, not change it. Therefore, since most customers don’t record in-person sessions, there is no need to record video sessions.
For easy reference, you can also find this information in our Telehealth FAQs guide in our Help Center here: Are video sessions recorded and/or stored?
