List of patients
Answered

Hi,

We just finished negotiations with two insurance companies (United and HealthCare Highways).  Their rates are so low, that they don't even cover my overheads.  So we have decided to no longer accept them as a payer source.  How do I find out which of my patients have United or HH insurance?  I need to call them and let them know.

Thanks,

KC.

Hi Katrina, a quick and easy way to see a list of all of your clients with a certain insurance company is to go to Billing > Insurance > Add Payment and add a payment from that insurance company. All of the clients with that insurance company will be listed below.

I see.  It just lists all the sessions.  Lots of duplicates.

It's a start.  We will work with it.

    Cheers,

    KC.

There really, really needs to be a way to sort patients by insurance. Or at least when one prints the "Appointment Report" it should show patient insurance.  This is so weird that they don't have the option to sort patients by insurance.  We use all kinds of workarounds.
