emailing to outside providers

As a physical therapist, I need to send evaluation documentation to physicians to be signed and returned to me. What is the best way to send this information?

I have been printing out documentation scanning then sending thru an encrypted email service. Hoping there is an easier way thru Simple Practice.

  Hi There,

  It would be wonderful if at some point in the future an additional menu button is added just for sending encrypted emails to providers and health plans on behalf of clients.  PDF is definitely an option for now.

  You could cut out a step by "Printing to PDF." It would save paper and a lot of time. I hope that helps.

  Hi Betsy, it sounds like the way you're doing it is the best way to do so currently. You could also create Client charts for  the physicians that you work with, then send them documentation through the Client Portal.
