I would love having it, but I'm pretty sure the cross-cutting measures are copyrighted and there is a specific clauses listed in the DSM 5 about no permission given for any kinds of digital or app use of content.
When it first came out, I researched building an app myself for diagnostic info and the cross cutting measures and then I came across that copyright info... And said oh well...
Anyways, I'm not sure SP can do anything about that.
You can always do it by hand, but that is a lot of work.
