How to edit initial emails to clients
AnsweredI'm looking to edit the initial client email. Don't see how to as yet.

Hi Yvonne, apologies if I was unclear - system emails from SimplePractice cannot be accessed or printed after they are sent. However, you can visit My Account > Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files to access the email templates for your practice and copy/paste to print if needed.
