    Hi Hillery, you can edit the system emails from SimplePractice under My Account > Settings > Client Portal > Emails. Let me know if that helps.

    Hi Yvonne, happy to help. Currently, system emails from SimplePractice cannot be accessed after they are sent.

    Actually, I was wanting to know about “printing” emails.

    Hi Yvonne, apologies if I was unclear - system emails from SimplePractice cannot be accessed or printed after they are sent. However, you can visit My Account > Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files to access the email templates for your practice and copy/paste to print if needed.

    so there is no where in simple practice where it documents the emails we sent out? unless if all emails are in the secure messaging section?

    My initial email to share documents was incorrect for client. I was able to edit the email but not in the area for sharing documents.  How do resend the documents I need to share in her client portal with updated email?

    I updated in edit mode, the clients new email but it keeps just sending it to the pold one even though I deleted, it, has this been fixed? Tell me how we can simply change a clients email. should be simple, but oh it is not
