    Gillian, new to forum here.

Would be most interested in SimplePractice developing the means to import and export templates.  The network effect would dramatically increase the value of the platform.

Here is  a great Medium post on the topic.

    Thanks!

Hi Shirley! You can take screenshots of the template and upload them as images on this post, if you'd like.

It's too big for the screenshots.  Do you know how to download it as a template?

Hi Shirley, currently, SimplePractice note templates cannot be downloaded and shared with other users. However, you can also take screenshots and save them on a Google Drive document to link here and share with our other customers as inspiration!

Michael, thanks for your suggestion! We are constantly taking feedback on ways to improve our platform. We have a post for making note and form templates shareable here: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553/suggestions/36553912

I'd definitely recommend voting for that idea if you'd like to support it and show our Product team what's important to you.

Hi, how do we e sign progress notes. It's my experience that only intake forms can be signed.

Hi Melissa, after saving your note, you can click "Lock" to lock and sign the note. Please note that the note cannot be edited or changed after you lock and sign it.

I'm looking for a way to print my name and practice info at the top of a my progress notes that need to be shared with other providers.  It appears that I can edit every other section of the note but how it looks at the top.

Hi Janet - Currently, you can't change the way the top of your downloaded Progress Note appears. You can add your name and practice information to each Progress Note manually. Alternatively, you can edit the Progress Note Template you're using in Settings > Notes and Forms to include sections with your name and practice information.
