New to Simple Practice... Professional vs professional for groups when upgrading need help
None

How can I make sure that the option that I picked is the professional for groups?

I can't seem to figure it out as the only options I am giving to upgrade my free trial account are Individual or Professional.

We have a group NPI and an Individual and need to use both for billing purposes.

Also, how can I speak to alive person, how do I book a call?

    Hi Fritz,

I am happy to help you out with this today.

I can see that right now, you are on our professional plan. You will by default be upgraded to a professional for groups plan when you add a clinician. You can add a clinician by heading to My Account > Settings > Team Members and pressing the blue Add New Team Member. Check out our Help Center article for more information: How do I add a Team Member to my account? Keep in mind, you can have as many billers and schedulers on your want free of charge.

SimplePractice is designed for integrated group practices. What this means in terms of billing is that you can choose an individual NPI or an Organizational NPI to bill with. We suggest billing with just one of them and if you have to do two. Most of the time, you can manually edit the CMS1500 claim form to reflect a claim form one way or the other.

To set up a video call, just write in to our support team. The fastest and easiest way to get in contact with us is by pressing the orange Help button in the lower left hand corner of your SimplePractice screen. If you explain any issue you may be having, we can try to answer and additionally set up a call at a time that works best for you.

I do not like that I am not able to call someone from simple practice when I'm having an issues. My peers who use "Therapy Notes" informed me that they always get someone on the phone when their having a issues and don't have to jump through hoops to talk to someone on the phone! Please improve this!
