    Hi Sue, SimplePractice does not currently have a way for you to leave notes on a specific claim. I'd recommend using Admin notes.

    but how are you to add a note to Admin notes, if you are not an admin (ie biller)

    Hi Jacqueline, I'd be happy to help. Administrative Notes can be entered by anyone using SimplePractice, including billers and schedulers. Just click +Add Administrative Note on the client's chart to leave a note regarding anything you need to communicate to your team.

    I would also like to see a feature added where we have the option to make a note for a specific claim in the billing tab of Client Overview pg. There are many times when claims have to be put back for review because insurance did not pay correctly. It would be very helpful to be able to make a note of that in SP right near where the claim is located in billing. Right now, I am using a separate website to track my claims that are in review.

    I second that thought - as a biller, I'd love to see a specific location for billing notes.

    I third that.  Its very important to be able to add notes at the claim's level or billing level.
