Submitting claim through SP Vs. Insurance sites
AnsweredI have not utilized SP for submitting claims and am struggling to keep track of all claims submitted/paid on my own through submission of claims on insurance sites. Looking for feedback from those of you who have used this function in SP. Is payment delayed when using SP to submit claims? Have any insurance companies refused to accept claims submitted through SP and required submission on their sites? Thanks in advance.

Absolutely through simple practice. A couple clicks and done. Patents get shown through simple practice, but I do need to check on benefits through Availity. Overall, using claims and submitting is the easiest through simple practice (and I’ve used other ehrs in the past).
No delay in payments, and no refusals.

One thing I've noticed about SP claims is that you might have to modify the payer address. Sometimes the initial payer address isn't the correct one when you select the payer id number in SP. We've had claims denied because of an inaccurate address (which is weird since these are electronically submitted claims).
